Familiarity with computer networking systems, software, and circuit design is required. Industry experience in electrical engineering or computer science a plus. Responsibilities will include the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications and other opportunities across the full range of IP practice. A minimum of four (4) years of experience in patent prosecution is required. Salary competitive. PATENT ATTORNEY Chemistry/Biochemistry The Firm has an opening for a Patent Attorney with a degree in chemistry or biochemistry. Applicant should have strong qualifications in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, pharmaceuticals, catalysts, and related processes. Responsibilities will include the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications and client counseling on a wide variety of intellectual property issues.
